Most everyday foods cook in an air fryer between 350 and 400 °F (175 and 200 °C) in 8 to 25 minutes. The chart below lists typical times and temperatures for 25+ common foods in both units. Flip or shake halfway, and treat every time as a range: wattage, basket size and food thickness all shift the result by a few minutes.

A cheap instant-read thermometer beats every chart on this page. Times get you close; the thermometer makes it safe.

Three rules that matter more than exact minutes

  1. Do not overcrowd. Air needs to circulate; a single layer crisps, a pile steams.
  2. Flip or shake halfway. Nearly every time above assumes it.
  3. Check early. Your model runs hotter or colder than the one the chart author used. Open the basket at 70 percent of the time; you lose almost no heat.

Skip the chart entirely. Every recipe in the Brasa app leads with its own tested time and temperature, in both °F and °C, right on the card: 356 °F (180 °C) and 33 min for stuffed bell peppers, before you even open the recipe.
